I’ve been to Event Cinemas Loganholme plenty of times, and it’s one of my go-to spots for a movie night in the southside. Located inside Hyperdome, parking is easy enough tip: use the Leda Drive entrance for the closest access.nnThe cinema itself is pretty big with a wide range of sessions and usually a good mix of blockbusters and family films. The V-Max screens are the highlight — the picture and sound really make a difference, especially for action movies. Gold Class is also worth trying if you want a treat, with comfy recliners, food service, and a more relaxed vibe.nnThe candy bar has the usual popcorn and choc tops, but I’ve also noticed more variety lately, including better drink options. Prices are on the higher side, but that’s pretty standard for cinemas these days.nnStaff are generally friendly and helpful, and the place is usually clean, though there have been times when the popcorn was a bit stale or the bathrooms needed more attention.nnOverall, Event Cinemas Loganholme is reliable, convenient, and makes for an easy night out. If you’re in Logan or around Hyperdome, this is definitely one of the best spots to catch a movie.

Disappointed with the experience.nWe arrived at the cinema on time for the 4:10pm movie session, only to find out that the systems were down. There was a 30-minute wait with no real communication or answers from any of the staff. When we were finally allowed in, the movie had already started — we missed the first 15 minutes. I would have just left, but my toddler was really excited to see the Smurfs, so we stayed.nnTo make matters worse, I couldn’t purchase the tickets online because the session had already started. The cinema should really have a proper protocol in place for situations like this — at the very least, timely updates and a smoother way to get in without missing part of the movie. Very disappointing experience overall.

So very loud the room had an echo and freezing cold. The bottle of water I took in was  room temperature but cool by the time I left.  If you arrive late no problem there was half an hour of bloody ads, no wonder people don't go to the pictures anymore it wasn't a good experience for me.

Great seats , easy to access tickets from the machine no line waiting, Wow! Mint choc top $7 ouch! But it was very very delicious , Large popcorn was a mega box full yum  lots of seating, clean, spacious very nice experience

I came to watch Jurassic World: Rebirth twice at this Cinema. Once in Gold Class and once in Normal seating. Both were amazing.nThe waiting area for Gold Class is the best that I have seen, they look out for you and have plenty of space and areas for you to sit. They serve you well and engage with you through out the wait. They were prompt with the food and drink deliveries.nThe normal seats were good, the wait time to get in was negligible and the seating and view of the screen was not blocked by other viewers.nAll around I had a great experience both times.
