Disappointed with the experience.nWe arrived at the cinema on time for the 4:10pm movie session, only to find out that the systems were down. There was a 30-minute wait with no real communication or answers from any of the staff. When we were finally allowed in, the movie had already started — we missed the first 15 minutes. I would have just left, but my toddler was really excited to see the Smurfs, so we stayed.nnTo make matters worse, I couldn’t purchase the tickets online because the session had already started. The cinema should really have a proper protocol in place for situations like this — at the very least, timely updates and a smoother way to get in without missing part of the movie. Very disappointing experience overall.
I came to watch Jurassic World: Rebirth twice at this Cinema. Once in Gold Class and once in Normal seating. Both were amazing.nThe waiting area for Gold Class is the best that I have seen, they look out for you and have plenty of space and areas for you to sit. They serve you well and engage with you through out the wait. They were prompt with the food and drink deliveries.nThe normal seats were good, the wait time to get in was negligible and the seating and view of the screen was not blocked by other viewers.nAll around I had a great experience both times.
Great seats , easy to access tickets from the machine no line waiting, Wow! Mint choc top $7 ouch! But it was very very delicious , Large popcorn was a mega box full yum lots of seating, clean, spacious very nice experience
The Verdict machine just takes your money and doesn't actually work. When you try to get assistance, you're told that another company manages the machines, and they can’t help you. It’s incredibly frustrating and feels like a complete rip-off. There’s no clear customer support, no refund option, and no accountability. I strongly advise avoiding this machine and the company behind it. Don’t waste your time or money.
Extremely rude attendant upon collecting tickets and food items. Was short, did not communicate and seem to not be able to make eye contact… unsure what customer service qualities this employee exhibits. When we said thank you she said something under her breath and abruptly walked away. We are always more than polite when interacting in the general public. Felt like she had a problem and she didn’t even know us.
