Have stayed here a few times now its close to the lake for our sporting event we attend.nBeds are well made sheets are nice.nBeds are slighly on the soft side for my liking but slept well.

First,  I was impressed with how friendly and helpful the receptionist was. Next, my family and I were further impressed with our rooms. I stayed in the cabin which was fantastic. It was immaculate and well kept. The other room was also neat and tidy. Also we thoroughly enjoyed the pool too.

I will definitely stay here again. The staff were lovely. The room was comfortable and well equipped. The room was not exactly what I expected but it was super good for the price. I'd recommend this hotel.

This place is sooo shabby, run down and unloved. We had the Jade room and it was dirty with pubes on the bathroom floor and kitchen floor was dirty and hairy. The lounge hadn’t been vaccumed and this room had an overwhelming yucky smell that gave us a headache. This was not clean! The curtains are coming off the hooks and the blinds are full of mold, cobwebs on the windows the chairs in lounge and dining are filthy stained badly. I nearly cried when i saw this place. I’ve stayed in many many motels for the same price or slightly cheaper and i have never experienced anything like this. This was horrible and i do not recommend. I would one thousand percent never stay here again, it is not a place to relax and feel comfortable.

1 positive was the nice soft bed. If you don't like soft mattresses, there won't be much here for you other than lovely staff.nThe bathroom was full of black mould from floor to the roof.nThere were no sitting areas for families to sit and eat together with a fish n chip feed.nThe pub had half of their menu unavailable.nNo towels for the pool, so if you are on holiday from overseas and didn't lug towl3s in your luggage.....drip dry.nHad to ask for a vaccum on day 5 as they hadn't vaccumed and with people going in and out there was stuff on the ground. Vaccumed my own room in the end.nThe spa wasn't working for the first half of our 8 day holiday.
