The villa definitely needs abit of love and new curtains, especially in the master bedroom! Those broken vertical blinds are not it.nAlso had someone come up and ask if I needed beds made etc I asked for the bins in kitchen to be emptied, ended up having to do it myself, disappointing. And would of been nice to have been warned about the work crew coming at 7am on a Saturday morning. Damn near has a heart attack coming outside to some guy walking pass the front door.nnOverall a nice place to stay tho!
Met up with a friend on a Sunday around midday. Low patronage but suited us as so quiet! Cold room but a big gas heater was bought to our area and we soon warmed up.
Honestly... people are full of nonsens. If they want better then they need to go to other places. I didnt find anything wrong ...nnThere was just ine thing that i wish was better is to have the option of checking in earlier like 12 instead of 2pm but needs to be requested i was at a course course the whole day and hubby and kiddie had to keep them self busy. Wouldve been nice if they couldve checked in earlier and rest a bit and work at rhe desk in the room.nnBut.... my and our experience here was amazing. I didnt go and look for problems. Seriouly people... have issues. I was so tired after my course. We went to the amazing bush restuarant close to the hotel. Came back.nnThe beds are amazing.!nThe pillows are amazing!nCleaness was amazing!nService was amazing!nShower was amazing!nQuality if the pillows is beyond amazingnThe beds are beyond amazing.nnWish i can sneak them into my home lol..nnI had thee best rest for the first time in 2 weeks as i had a big operation and rhis hotel's rooms was just everything i needed. I didnt need a fancy hotel. I needed a place to be safe, a bed that gave theee best rest. No back sores or neck ackes, sore body due to poor beds and pillows.nnI found them super accomodating.nnWill be back with my family as rhey would live the pool, the play ground. The restuarant. A zoo trip and the beach.nnKeep up the good work team
First and foremost don’t forget… WE ALL HAD / HAVE DIFFERENT ROOMS HENCE OUR COMMENTS SO PLEASE RESPECT THEM , floor was wet maybe just cleaned so yeah and toilet window fell of hinges re attached otherwise all good accept security sorry
My money pouch went missing. When found $100 was taken. Not once was my bed made or sheets changed. When confronted manager and said receptionist and housekeeping spoke in another language when should speak English i was called a racist. You can’t speak to the owner as they reckon he lives in Australia. Whst a load of crap. This hotel is a disgrace
