This was a pretty nice place in Auckland. It seemed like a good location, right off of Queen Street, within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and shops. The room was quite small, but the bed was nice, the bathroom was good with a nice shower, and everything was clean and maintained. Parking is available for $25 but it seemed very limited, with maybe only 5 spots (so if you need parking, it would be worthwhile to check-in as early as possible). We were only here for a night, and everything was good, but it was just a little expensive (to be fair, we didn't see much that was cheaper, so maybe that's just how Auckland is).

The hotel is below expectations for a hotel in a tourist area like Auckland. The reception staff is not prepared to greet people of other nationalities (with the exception of Asians). The rooms are extremely small making it uncomfortable to travel in couple with the standard luggage amount of anyone traveling by plane. Food on site, even paying and of low quality and quantity, the hotel breakfast is ridiculous for the amount paid compared to hotels in other regions like Vegas or even Brazil. The air conditioner in the room is dirty, there was no exchange and filtering and cleaning of it. when a person goes to the bathroom, the one in the room feels as if it were together with the other, because the air conditioning pulls all the air from the bathroom and returns it in the air conditioning of the room. Lack of attention in the restaurant, after serving the dish do not bother to ask if everything is according to request, ask for a steak well done, and the same came bleeding !!! Would not recommend to anyone as this experience is unpleasant.

Reasonable place, comfortable rooms if a bit snug. Good location. Easy to get to from the airport. Reasonably priced. Not luxury but the combination of price and location makes it a good value.

Stayed one night with partner. For the price the room comes at (and we paid extra for parking), you'd expect fresh towels and a microwave at the least. Room was very small, bed was decent size but not much room for anything else apart from a desk and a chair. Apart from that, room & bathroom was clean, you get SKY and the usual complimentary tea facilities. The view of our room looked out to a construction site as well which made our room appear a little darker; needed to have light on during daytime. Extremely disappointing ... from the photos posted online, expected something far better.

Good value for money budget hotel. While they are efficient, I just wish the front desk team would be a bit more friendly.
