Very nice hotel room with great facilities and lovely staff. I'm always a little put off when hotels say that WiFi is included but you find out you only get a certain amount of data before you have to pay. In this day and age, it's crazy that this still exists. The beds were really comfy and the room itself was huge, so you definitely can't complain at that. Mind you, it wasn't cheap!

Reasonably nice hotel. Helpful staff. Well located in the city centre and easy to walk to and walk around, but a little bit difficult to drive to, and parking in the area is expensive. Internet service costs extra and is a bit poor, but serviceable. Bedrooms a bit small but comfortable. All in all a decent experience but could be a bit more polished.

Location was awesome, well stocked kitchen and in room laundry facilities, spacious room. Only issue was there is only one working lift so it takes around 15 min wait each time.

Didnt have the best experience with this hotel. The staff were kind but the room had the worst floor air-conditioning unit, it did not cool the room and I ended up having to use floor fans which just blew around hot air. The TV remote did not work and the shower had used soap and hair product bottles still in the cubicle. I did use the stairs one day as the elevator was extremely unresponsive had to wait a shocking 5 minutes of constantly pressing the botton. When I took the stairs I had forgotten my wallet but to my surprise they lock the door from the stairwell but not the other side, I had to walk down 18 stories and wait for the very unresponsive elevator. The cleaning staff were well mannered but were careless. Shocking for the price you pay to be in the room.

Not sure why so many are complaining about the noise and street works, as once finished it will make life more easy for many people, although I do feel sorry for the many businesses that will suffer until then. As for this apartment I think it's great very clean and modern even has a portable AC unit. I guess some expect a 5 star full service, at $195 for 3 of us good luck finding that value with a hotel...
