I highly recommend Quinovic.... David and Robbie provided excellent service - actually listened to my requirements, identified suitable properties very quickly, arranged viewings and within 2 days I have a lovely apartment in a quiet part of the city, with beautiful views. Unfortunately there was a plumbing problem I discovered on moving in, but Quinovic responded promptly to fix it. Thank you for your professionalism!

Quinovic has managed my apartments in Auckland for over 5 years and throughout that period they have delivered excellent service and outstanding results. I have been particularly impressed by the way they have taken care of guests. I can recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a management company for their properties.

I rented an apartment from quinovic viaduct for 6 weeks, whilst we were there there was a fault with the air conditioning. They sent a service person out to try and fix it, he couldn't fix it and the fault with the air conditioning continued, it would swing from hot to cold. After we had moved out of the apartment they sent me a bill for $450 of power used over the $150 allowance. It is absolutely impossible to use this much power with a properly functioning aircon. Quinovic threatened to take me to the tenancy tribunal if I did not pay. They are a most unprofessional organisation, i will not be renting a quinovic apartment again and will recommend to friends and family not to use this company. The apartment with the faulty air conditioning is 1Q at The Quays viaduct. I would advise not to rent it.
