After a long haul flight this was perfect.nThe lady greeted us with a big smile and was happy to see us.nThe room is beautiful, it feels like your feet sink a mile into the carpet. It's a very well appointed room. The bed is massive and so comfortable. The shower water pressure is spot on, no running around trying to get wet.nWe had dinner in the hotel and the food was far better than I could have wished for. The photos speak for themselves.nThe service given by Tapos was second to none, he really does go that extra mile, Thank you to you sir.nOverall an A plus.

We loved our stay at Crowne Plaza, the hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff are so lovely. We mentioned we were celebrating our anniversary and the gentleman who checked us in turned up at our door with a bottle of bubbly, such a lovely start to our stay. Secure parking available and easy access to lots of food and shopping options.

I was in the Executive Suite on the 28th floor.  I arrived early and the front desk accommodated me with an early check in and late check out.  The Executive lounge was a great perk on that floor which offered a variety of coffees to enjoy throughout the day.  Staff were very friendly and cordial.  This hotel is perhaps the best one I’ve stayed at and I’ve stayed at quite a few with my international travels.  Highly recommended.

I wanted a hotel in a good location and comfortable rooms for my 11 night stay in Auckland. I spend most of my working week in hotels and wanted something a bit different, especially as it was a special trip with my wife. From the welcome to check out, the whole experience was top class. The staff are amazing, the room was spotless, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast probably had the biggest choice I have ever been offered, the restaurant excellent and both the food and drinks were very reasonable. Every member of staff I had the pleasure of interacting with couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful.nThis is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at and if and when I go back to Auckland I will definitely by staying here again.

Staff went above and beyond on everything. So helpful and pleasant. We were able to check in early which was important for us since we had just made a 13 hour flight. We would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again.
