Rooms are very clean and tidy. Very spacious and open Aswell as fantastic views of the skytower. The staff are warm and welcoming and always new my name and even my room number. No problem is to big for them, I decided to be silly and leave my car lights on and kill the battery I asked if they had any jump leads which they did not but mod day they called to inform me that they had found jump leads and a car! Problem resolved thanks to the hotel staff helping me!. Fab over all service highly recommended.

Nice suites I . with washing machine/dryerb in each suite...city edge with some suites having harbour views. . off street parking.(Used to be Quest on Nelson)

Large room with cooking facilities and laundry. Friendly staff, but needs a renovation. Door frame is almost falling out, vanity unit has paint flaking off, clothes iron is an electrical hazard with exposed wiring! Harbour View rooms have awesome view of harbour bridge and harbour.

It was very noisy due to the traffic. The bathroom was cramped and not completely clean. I did get a wifi voucher however, which was a good connection and was needed as I was there for work.

Disadvantages - The rooms are worn down, wallpaper falling off the walls, cupboards falling off the hinges, bath was dirty and didn't look like it had had a clean in a long time. When we opened the dishwasher there was a mouldy serving spoon in there. The room smelt musty and dusty. I wokeup congested and with a sore throat. Definitely what you would not expect a 4 star to look like. Advantages - The view is AMAZING and the water pressure in the shower.
