Parking is an issue there, make sure it’s booked or don’t have a car. Two bedroom apartment was very small for a family of four. Staff was not very helpful. We asked twice to open a safe in our room and for a box of tissues and never get anything. Continental breakfast means a sandwich with juice and apples delivered to your room the night before. Old ripped and dirty towels. Would not recommend this place.

Horrific Experience!!! Stayed here for 5 nights and on arrival the room smelt unbearable, there were crumbs everywhere within the room (on chairs, floor, couch and table) , other people items in the room and dirty sheets on arrival. Was promised a continental breakfast - this is a sandwich bought from a local store with a muffin or apple. Everything was stale and unbearable to eat. Clearly did not meet the definition of continental breakfast. Returned for one more night in Auckland and the DVD player has been removed from the room. We enquired about this and staff refused to assist other than offering another gift pack with wine. Would not recommend staying here!

Appalling service and filthy rooms. Black mould all throughout. Reception offered another room. We inspected it to find it worse than the room we were in. Checked out an hour or two after arriving. Booked a cheaper and much nicer hotel around the corner. Do not stay here. Black mould health risk in both rooms we inspected.

Disappointing experience. Room and facilities need an urgent makeover and the cleaning is not up to scratch. Only pro is the good location.

Needs some maintenance attention for some minor or trivial items but is otherwise more like apartment facilities. Liked it.
