I gave 3 stars for the friendly and efficient staff.  The rooms were kept as clean as possible, however the carpets and walls were quite marked.  The hotel is overall quite tired and in need of freshening up.  Watch out, also for the $30 per day parking fee - something which is declared down the bottom of the page. We missed that!  Amenities are basic.

Paid for by work however rooms were quite small and of average quality. Certainly nothing fancy here. Floors and walls needed a good scrub. Shame there is no on site facilities (gym, pool etc). Staff were pleasant however nothing more. I'm sure there are better options in Auckland.

Convenient location near the city centre and public transit. 
Rooms are good and wifi is free. However there are no added facilities like gym or swimming pool.

We had a very unfriendly n unwelcoming experience.  We arrived early and requested for an early check in. Not only were we denied but also they made us wait an extra 30mins past the usual check in time to give us our room. The room size was pretty small and a window sized bath space. Only positive of the hotel is their location. Very close to the city center n bus terminal. If you get another option for the same price,  don't go with this

Good Hotel. Clean Rooms with good furniture. Friendly staff and quite good location. Good be a bit cheaper thats tha only 4 stars.
