Great supermarket with a fantastic selection of fresh produce, quality meats, and a well-stocked international foods section. The store is clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. Staff are friendly and helpful, making the shopping experience smooth. Prices are reasonable, and they often have great weekly specials. The parking can get busy at peak hours, but overall, it's a great place for grocery shopping in Auckland CBD. Highly recommended!

Tidy, well stocked supermarket with an excellent team and great quality fresh produce. Always easy to find what you need and it’s very rare to see something out of stock.  Always enjoy the checkout experience and there are a lot of staff that have served there for many years, which I would say is a great sign. Parking is easy and safe.

Nice wide range of products. Good quality fruits and veggies. Nice people and very helpful staff. Very efficient and good prices for a wife variety and range of foods.

Some of the islander/Indian ladies at the checkout are racist. They always avoid packing my bags. I've noticed this every time I've gone into this New World which is every 2 weeks or so. As soon as we're up next in the queue they magically disappear and then as soon as we leave they magically reappear to pack the next customers bags. I've had no problem with the filipino ladies though, they are always friendly.

I had a really disappointing experience with a staff member named Jane Chand during my recent visit. While selecting nuts, I mistakenly mixed two different kinds together. When I reached the counter, the cashier politely mentioned it, and I immediately apologized, asking for the correct code so I could pay for them separately.nnHowever, Jane Chand then approached and started accusing me as if I was trying to steal, speaking in an extremely unprofessional and embarrassing manner in front of other customers. Her tone was completely inappropriate for customer service, making me feel humiliated rather than simply addressing the mistake politely.nnAs someone who works in customer service myself, I understand the importance of handling situations with professionalism and respect. This experience was truly disappointing, and I hope the management addresses such behavior to ensure better service for customers in the future.
