Gorgeous and diverse park in an English style. Some new additions of sculpture and furniture, plus a great playground make it one of the best parks in Auckland for family. Off Leash for dogs, so that’s great too!

This playground is amazing!! Super slides, swings, mini trampolines and even a flying fox! Heaps of trees and good walkways. A truly great park for adults and children alike.

Great playground and lovely park. The playground (at the bottom end of the park) has something for all ages, with a small toddler area and large tunnel slides and flying fox for the older kids. Being built into the hill it has lovely planted areas with rocks to climb and explore. There are a couple of picnic tables, and some big shady trees to sit under on the grass. Theres not much shade for the playground equipment so watch out as it gets hot in summer. There are public toilets beside the playground. Walking further up takes you into Western Park, which is a lovely gentle uphill walk through the trees towards Ponsonby Road.

The playground is awesome... the flying fox and slides do it for me... I'm a big kid... lol

Amazing place...very good for kids, safe and one of the biggest slides i have seen in Auckland. Take some snaks and coffee with you, relax, enjoy the green landscape and see your kids play. Highly reccomended for families with young kids.
