Really enjoyed staying here. Room was clean and comfortable and looked out onto the garden. Friendly service. Close to Ponsonby cafes and restaurants and not far from the city centre. Would stay here again

Beautiful Colonial-style Guest House with a prime location. A very warm, cozy appeal featuring all modern amenities - WiFi, Kettle, Laundry facilities, Toiletries, BBQ, TV etc. The owners( Jill & Rob) are very welcoming, and know all the right places to eat(you can cook for yourself at the Manor if you prefer)! Unlike other B&Bs, they offer fresh sheets and towels everyday. Parking spaces at the Church next-door.

We stayed here at the beginning and at the end of our New Zealand journey. The rooms are comfortable, clean and modern. The staff is friendly and helpfull. We would come again.

Love this place. Off season especially, great value, great location, great people. Just like sleeping at home!

For a guest house it’s a really fine one. Room was comfortable, staff super friendly and helpful. Place was conveniently located and quiet. Great value for money.
