Facility is satisfactory. Service is bad. You must check out at 10 am and not allowed to stay a couple hours more even their cleaning team is not in sight during that 2 hours. No flexibility at all

good location for going to spark arena basic room dated no aircon or sky tv credit card details are taken for security but are written on a piece of paper not very secure

Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Gum under the tables, no air conditioning, door didn’t shut properly, poor service. I was a bit late on checkout cause of a meeting and they ring me yelling at me saying I need to get out and being really rude

Location and value are there, and we stay there often. However, the rooms are outdated and there has been the odd occasion with ants in the room. Still, the people are nice and accomodating, and the new coffee shop is a bonus.
