Good location, ample parking, clean and modern rooms.  The cafe staff and food are exceptional.   Good conference facility for a small group.  Unfortunately when searching for a toilet one of our group found the midday staff rude and unhelpful.  Overall decent.

Staff were super lovley 
Rooms were tidy and comfy 
Pool was lovley and refreshing 
Super close to shopping in New market

King suites are very nice. Pool needs some work but usable. Good location with bus access to downtown Auckland. Maid service is great.
