Great location. Nice rooms. Enjoyed the space. Had AC. That's kinda rare here I'm learning. Service as mediocre but was fine. All in all, good stay.

Great place for access to the spark arena. Unfortunately it is very noisy and run down. They also when asked if they have a fan for the room said no but I could buy my own at Kmart or the warehouse ( also couldn't tell me where the closest of either of these were) I think for $100 and something per night they could at least have fans in the rooms as it's to noisy outside to have the window open. Also the shower was not cleaned.

We had a great stay here . Room was spacious, modern and clean. It's location to Spark Arena and the CDB is brilliant. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Lovely clean apartment helpful friendly staff. In a great location with lots of good cafe and restaurants around plus supermarket and car rental places. Easy walking to waterfront, britomart , Queen St and Sky Tower. Spark Arena is right next door.

Good sized apartments and facilities and staff very helpful. We had issues with WiFi, resolved very quickly. Breakfast room is very small, and range of foods is limited, but good quality. We didn't see it as value for money, considering the surrounding cafes, and wouldn't buy it again. Beware hertz car hire, who are very expensive. Catch the Airbus into town and rent locally at 20 bucks per day all in (recommended by hotel) _ unlimited kms, no excess.
