M Social is in a great location but it was  be a bit noisy on the Friday night in our room, understandable considering the location.nWe enjoyed our stay here, lovely clean rooms, comfortable beds, great view of the viaduct and quick and easy access to restaurants and Ferry's etc.....nExceptional Valet staff, took photos of the car before parking it, took great care of the vehicle, they were absolutely great and friendly.nWe ordered room service and the food was lovely,  absolutely delicious.

A lovely hotel with a stunning view overlooking the ocean. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, making it a great place to unwind.nnThe staff are warm, welcoming, and always ready to help, which makes the stay even more pleasant. The room is spacious enough for two people and features modern design and well-equipped facilities, creating a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Modern, clean, comfortable rooms with good amenities.  A little small and the harbor view rooms I thought I booked had obstructed harbor views. The nearby viaduct area was hopping on the weekend and bass-heavy dance music thumped all the way to my 9th floor room until about 2am. The breakfast spread had solid variety and good coffee. Easily walkable area and central to everything. Friendly staff and comfy beds.  A great value!

Highly recommend!! The rooms are very comfortable and have a gorgeous view! We really appreciated all of the special touches during our stay. They provide different bathroom kits in case you forgot anything, refrigerated milk for the coffee, and bottles of water. We checked our bags because we arrived a few hours before check-in, and they put your luggage in your room for you once it's ready. We valeted our car, and when we picked it up, they had put new bottles of water in the car for us. This was the best hotel experience we have ever had!!

We had a wonderful 3 day stay at M Social. The location at the harbour is excellent for seeing the city and we took a ferry to Waiheke Island. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. We were on the 8th floor and our room was quiet and comfortable. We are ate at the hotel restaurant and had a delicious meal. Highly recommend!
