Got upgraded to top floor and water views so far its hard not to like this place. The rooms are small, no matter how cleverly they've designed it. For example you can slide open one of the bathroom sides to make the whole space seem bigger. There's everything you need including in room safe and even chocolate fish in the fridge. Highly recommend the big breakfast.

Really enjoyed our stay. The service was great. The room was fantastic with a glorious view. We will stay again. Location was perfect. We walked to concert at Spark Stadium and Queen St shopping.

What an amazing place. The staff are professional, beyond friendly and VERY helpful. The rooms are beautiful, clean and have perfect views of the bay (we were told that they designed the hotel so that every room would have a view of the ocean). It's close distance to almost all the tourist destinations you may be visiting in Auckland but is also close some fun local shops, cafes and dinners. In summary, this hotel is FANTASTIC.

This hotel was really nice. Beds were comfortable, the room was beautiful, and the breakfast was yummy. The location was also really good, there were lots of restaurants nearby. My only complaint is that the check in process took a while. Other than that, it was great!

The room was very comfortable with a nice view of the harbor. Excellent location and you can easily walk from a cruise ship. Don't think of a shuttle as they wanted to charge me $16 a person to go one block. Many restaurants in the area as well as ferrys across the street.
