Be aware we found them to be very deceptive as to regards to the room you think is being booked to the actual room being provided. We booked a two room apartment with two king doubles for two couples. We received 1 x dbl 1 x single and 1 x fold out placed in the waiting area. Web site photos are not what is being provided and rooms were very dirty Their advertising states 4 stars however reality is a 3 star at best Quality of beds is low so if you have any back issues find another option. Suggest as last resort Location is top of Queen St which is handy however if you can't handle an up hill walk from the viaduct this maybe an issue.

To start, and to be fair, the room was tidy, clean, small, but had everything, it was quite good. But, when we arrived we had to wait more than an hour for them to finish preparing the room, not terrible, but PLEASE dont over stay 15' they will charge you 250$ for it!. Also while we waited they charged another gusts 250$ because the elevator broke down, the reason, they kept the door open for a bit. And last, they wont give you the deposit back when you checked out, you'll have to wait for them to clean the room, and it took 15 days for them to give me the 250$ back, I almost called the police. I know it was holiday time and all, but too many problems for just a night stay. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Worse experience I've ever had, booked a two bedroom apartment 4 weeks in advance and paid for it, got there to check in to be told I had to pay Bond of $250! Then got to room to find it's only was a one bedroom apartment so went back down, to be told they didn't have any 2 bedroom apartment lelf? So I had both my children in bed with me and there father had to sleep on a broken fold out couch. Then we had to put up with music to Early hours of the morning from the next door apartment room. This place is the worse place I have ever stayed in will never go back and I will be letting my family and friends no to stay clear from.

This was the worst hotel that I have ever been to! The photos in the pictures DO NOT show what it is really like, the room was tiny, with a dirty feel about the whole place. The customer srevive was even worse! Inconsiderate staff who where yes smiling but where not helpful at all. And the PRICE! for an extra 10-15 bucks a night you can stay in an amazing beautiful place with actually helpful people who know what they are doing! Overall everything about my stay was horrible and painful, I would strongly recommend sleeping in your car before you book here.

Full charge on cancelations even if you cancel well ahead of time. Not the best policy. Also a 4 star hotel that can’t manage a 4 star rating in its reviews speaks for itself. Look at the Bianco on queen website under reviews. Talk about cherry picking the reviews they want people to see.
