Nice hotel, with ample accommodations. Room was large with nice bathroom. Very centrally located.

It's a tourist trap. Our restroom wasn't clean when we arrived (streaks in toilet), the crew was very assuming in outsiders understanding how rewards programs worked, and the food options simply weren't very good. As for gambling, the poker room had over 10 ppl waiting for a type of game. At that rate they should switch up what tables are offering what games.

Centrally located in the Auckland CBD you'll be within walking distance of Federal St which has some of the best restaurants in Auckland and a short stroll from the Viaduct Basin where you can find more restaurants and bars. The room in the hotel is nicely presented, king size bed with large bathroom. If you need a hotel in Auckland SkyCity should be shortlisted.

Very nice hotel. Driving was the worst thing about this place. Construction in the area made navigation very difficult and confusing. Parking was also very expensive, but that's to be expected in a big city like Aukland. If you are staying here, I would highly recommend that you walk anywhere else if you can because the hotel offers a flat rate of $25 to guests each time you leave their parking garage.
