We had a lovely time. The room was clean and well presented, bathroom clean, loved the fluffy towels and the beds were great, so comfortable. Perfect for what we needed. Bessie was warm, kind and happy to help all the time. Such a lovely lady. Will be back. Thank you so much.

If your looking for a stop in and sleep its Good the pool was filthy good size beds if I had known of was housing the homeless we would not have stayed. Very cheap internet plays up good service hosts were friendly but wouldn't recommend staying for a holiday. Laundry room is busted cigarette burns in the curtains But room was clean

We stayed at Dukes for 4 nights and experienced amazing service from the owner who was very kind and helpful. The room was spacious and incredibly clean. Great location and very good vibes.

Lovely staff. Room very clean. Comfortable beds.

We picked this based on location and pool , unfortunatly pool was to gross to swim in and would t have stayed knowing it was emergency accomodation  staff were friendly enough however we left for our event early as the place is really depressing , wouldn't take much to clean up the areas outside, room was clean which was good but the photos on the website do not reflect the actual state anymore
