An honest place that offers a lodging with private and shared rooms, for a price more fair that the hotels in the region. have a large area equipped with fridge, stove, tables, which makes it much easier for you to make your own meals, noting that everything is very organized is clean. I recommend it for the excellent value for money

Hostel just off the Main street of Auckland CBD. Facilities fine. Clean. A little dated. Rooms very warm in summer. Also very noisy location. With construction noise across the street starting at 0530.... surely that must be illegal. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Thin mattress's need replacing.

It was clean and comfortable throughout the entire facility. The bed was not very comfortable but it was bug free with clean sheets. I like the cabinets they had in the room; You can charge your phone while keeping it secure. Location is great. The staff were professional and helpful. And the price was comparable to the area.

The room was so hot. The window barely opened so no real circulation, I think a ceiling fan would help. Also the bar is that held the window open stuck out so far I hit my hip on it twice. The best thing is you cado your laundry 24 hours a day

The hostel was what you'd expect for a hostel. The rooms had comfy beds and really big sized lockers (I could fit a small suitcase, backpack AND my purse with room to spare). They have a large kitchen/dining area and tv's in the basement with weekly movies. Main issues are the Wi-Fi is fairly slow and the air conditioning doesn't seem to work as it was always boiling in the hostel room. As well, there are no charging stations by the bed, only in the lockers, so if you use your phone as an alarm you either have to choose not to plug it in or have to spend time getting it from the locker making lots of noise early in the morning. Location was good - right off queen street near lots of shopping and dining and a short walk to the wharf
