Fantastic welcome from front door team and the wonderful concierge, Gustavo. As a frequent visitor, the front desk were efficient. As a Diamond level Hilton Honours guest there should be a welcome letter and a gift in the room but for the second stay running there was nothing in the room. Ordered room service and the laksa was lukewarm and served without a spoon. Having been coming to the hotel for 17 years it is time to try somewhere new. It's a great location and Gustavo is one of the best concierge we have ever met but it feels like the management is no longer concerned about service and apart from front of house the standards are dropping to 2 star standard.

Excellent hotel in a wonderful location. Great views of the City skyline, harbour traffic which included ferries, merchant ships and cruise ships. Some cruise ships can block views, but they are generally there only one day. Front desk staff was very accommodating. Bar and breakfast staff really make it a point to get to know you.

Nice hotel right next to cruise ship terminal. Good coffee bar, nice 1st floor restaurant for included breakfast. Good view. No e rooms with harbor view. Spacious. Can walk right out side to Princess wharf.

Spent a wonderful week at this location with my wife on our honeymoon. Rick really welcomed us to begin with. And throughout the rest of the stay, the entire team was very friendly and service was excellent. Thank you for a memorable experience!

Great facilities with friendly staff and service. Great location at the bottom of town so noise isn't an issue. Parking in the area is OK but no need to drive since you are well within walking distance of the city and good shopping.
