Room is simple and clean. But there is no air conditioner and only a small fan. Internet is free, but given out in small packages that make for interruptions in service and trips to the office. The location is convenient and there is a bus stop right in front. Nothing fancy here, but decent value for money.

Not as advertised, especially the photos! Beds in desperate need of replacing, would have been comfier to sleep on the floor! Rooms are very old and dated, in serious need of an upgrade. Could hear almost everything happening in room above. Very noisy fridge going all night. Room felt only 75% clean, quite a few loose hairs around. On the plus side, handy location to Remuera train station (15 min walk) and to Newmarket shops (quick drive down the road).

Stayed 2 nights in this grotty hell hole.Where do I start. It looks nothing like the photos, the outside area is damp, weed over run, mossy and very unpleasant. The room, light bulbs not working, only 3 pillows for 3 of us, fridge hadn't been cleaned as dish was full of green slimy water, the bathroom was dirty. Carpet needed cleaning as did bed covers. I would rather have stayed at a backpackers. stay at your own risk.

Was disappointed. It was clean and tidy but very tired and in serious need of TLC. Staff very friendly. Found bag of thawed iceblocks in freeze box in fridge.

Your given a toaster but no chopping board. Beds are comfortable and no bench space to kinda prep food if you have any
