I would only recommend this place to the health board as it was very dirty needing a lot of attention. I'm surprised they are still open. They were not happy when we asked to have the shower recleaned. The place was disgusting. They're lucky to get 1 star out of us. Check out these photos... judge for your self. Oh n we were refused a refund of any kind.

Seems to be a place to rent by the hour....When we stayed the room next to us had a hooker in it servicing her customers loudly. Disgraceful. Only giving it a star because the bed was comfortable and clean and we literally only used the room to sleep then leave. But do not stay here if you plan to spend anytime here. The place is in dire need of repair, many fixtures are dirty, rusty, old, broken or not there. Disgraceful for a motel to have a hug and tea and coffee in the room and no mugs or water glasses. When we told the manager he just smiled and said that was correct and didn't care that we were complaining. This was after I'd spent 15 mins pressing the call bell and calling out for someone at reception. I bet the hookers couple of hours in room 9 weren't on the books. Dodgy place. Won't be back.

The star rating should be a minus 10. What a disgracefull excuse for a motel, Mould throughout the unit. Carpet and bed linen stained and torn. Holes in the doors and walls. COULD BE CLASSIFIED AS A MAJOR HEALTH HAZARD No cutlery or crockery, Floor furnishings and furniture very worn. The outside courtyard. gardens and driveway nothing like the publicity photos, which misrepresent the property. FALSE ADVERTISING. the pavers are loose, A DANGEROUS TRIP HAZARD Needs to be shut down.

If I could give a negative review I would! Unfortunately this motor inn is far from what the pictures portray... I highly recommend that you read the reviews before booking. My husband and I booked this room however could not bring ourselves to stay here I have stayed in some pretty average motels but in this case I wouldn’t even let my dog stay here. The reception area was extremely untidy and smelt like a packet of stale cigarettes, the duvets on the beds literally had holes and stains on them. The rooms smelt like something had died and we didn’t even get to look at the bathrooms or anything else as the room smelt so bad that we pretty much had to leave as soon as we opened the door. This motel should not be in business.

If I could give a zero rating, I would. We were shocked at the disparity between the advertised photos and the actual state of the place. When we pulled into the motel's driveway, we thought we had made a wrong turn. There is rubbish scattered around the entrance ways, and the weeds growing infront of each door way suggests a vacant building. There is mould in all corners of the room and unidentifiable stains on the walls and lamps. There is even an old paper bag (covered in dust) that sat above the wardrobe! The reception was dirty and cluttered with cups (yes, cups) that you had to request in advance if you wanted to have a cup of tea. Blankets were disgusting...the list goes on. Spend a bit more, and enjoy your stay in Auckland....do not stay here! (See pictures).
