Lived for few months. The owner is full on bully and liar. Manager is a very nice person but bullied by the atrocious owner.Rooms: 2/5

Although I was only here for 1month this felt like you were living in a prison cell, the floor was made of concrete, so was very cold, I kept my heater running almost 24hrs everyday just to stay warm there was no hot water from the kitchen tap had to run the bathroom tap to get my hot water oven had rust on all the elements, only thing I can say good about this place is that they supply a king size bed for each room. Not worth the rent they were charging of $300.00 a week.

Average place with below average facilities. Manager is a very good person,However, the owner is really bad person. Owner constantly disrespects the employees and manager on tiniest of things and with false accusations. A bully behavior totally unacceptable in place like NZ. She's like a female Trump in a lot of ways.

Drinking. Drugs. Loud music. Intimidation. Theft probably by staff cause there are cameras and security doors. The location and facilities are OK but the management is atrocious. Better management would make this a great place.

Nice property manager. Nice clean property. Reasonable prices.

Nuthin but crackheads and alcoholics...most are fresh out of jail..feel sorry for the owner even he can't keep track of most these animals that stay there.

Nice in house rooms furnished painted white walls, good owner nice lady.

Love this place because people who stays are friendly and welcoming

Very easy going Beautiful lovely fantastic place would definitely recommend

people that stay there are awesone but the people that run the place ... need an attitude adjustment
