I had a wonderful stay! The room was spotless and very well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable and relaxed right away. The attention to cleanliness really stood out and added to the overall great experience. The cozy atmosphere and tidy space made it easy to unwind after a long day. Plus, the staff were friendly and helpful, always making sure guests felt welcome. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay!
Directions to accommodation need updating online, as well as what is available, informed pool was extra cost $25 pp and we had to walk to another hotel to gain access. Told we should of recieved a email informing of this, AFTER we pay to stay, which we never received anyway. HOWEVER! Great rooms, lovely bathroom handy rooms for quick stay over, location and view were awesome.
Perfectly situated for a downtown city stay. Rooms are spacious and elegant, though the air con wasn't working properly - it was either off or hot. Bar is great, breakfast really good, and a shout-out to the greeter in the restaurant on the Sunday morning who was so efficient and professional. Good concierge service, if a little perfunctory. This is now our city accommodation choice. , and also reasonably priced for what we received.
The location is excellent. It is on the waterfront yet it’s in a quieter area so you will have no trouble sleeping.nnThe biggest point of difference is that every single staff member was helpful and kind. I’ve never encountered this anywhere else before staying here.nnThe rooms have very high ceilings and are modern.nnThe gym is small and basic but has everything you need to do a workout.nnI will stay here again
Very pleased with our stay at this lovely hotel.nSuites 341 and 638 were amazing and very spacious.nBreakfast is very delicious and there is a good selection of food on the menu and at the buffet.nI would like to thank Mr Lukas Austin from reception for his hospitality and warm welcome to us.nMany thanks to Mr Careem from Concierge for his wonderful assistance around the hotel and guidance on tourist attractions places.nMany thanks to Ms Cathy from La Maree restaurant for her excellent service looking after our orders at the restaurant.nThis amazing hotel is highly recommended to your stay whenever you're in Auckland.n
