Took my dog to get his nails trimmed today. Very happy with the job. Very happy with how dog got handled. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend. Definitely will be going back

1/6 - Great service from staff, greeted with a smile as i walked in, collected my order and was out in  less than 5mins. Many variety of pet accessories, food, clothing etc....is abit on the expensive side but our fur babies deserve to be spoilt.  2/6 - Edit - had to return items as we got the wrong size, i was told i had to bring the "tags" that were on the items before they could exchange them, i had my invoice for the returns but the lady kepy mentioning without tags she wont know the products, i then showed her the product names i had in my email receipt and only then she proceeded to find my order on the system!!! Whats more important? The tags? Or the receipt? Get out of here!!! Changed my 4 star review to a 2!!

Nice place, they have everything you need, friendly staff.  Puppy school is average and does not provide proper training tho. You are better off just going on you tube...

Didn't have quite the range I would have liked, but had products similar enough that it didn't really matter. The staff were friendly and helpful, but it seemed like there were only two people working which must be tough for them on a Sunday.

Our visit to this store was made exceptional due to the staff member who served us, Emma. She went out of her way to help us choose the right harness for our puppy and it was the perfect choice and we would like to thank Emma for her help.

Product selection is consistently good and most staff very knowledgeable and helpful. One not so much on this day, uncommunicative, didn't prompt me about rewards account I have one, no smiles & no interest in engaging while being served Soon another more senior I would guess stepped in and was fantastic, as per normal. A very tall young lady who helped me carry my purchases to the car, gold  Their rewards system is, well, actually rewarding unlike some. The store as always was clean and organized despite it being 2 days before Christmas . Does pay to shop around for pet carry cases etc though, cause I purchased mine at Kmart for $60 less with no compromise on quality. All in all, I highly recommend Pet Stock Henderson, pet friendly environment, Covid safety protocols followed.
