Part of every purchase with Pet.kiwi goes directly toward our Vaccine Programme for animals in shelters across NZ. By purchasing from our store, you not only spoil your own furry friends, but you support homeless animals too.

I’m really glad that I discovered pet.kiwi! I’ve never been let down by their efficient processing times and their customer service via email is fast and effective. My most recent purchase was dog tags I went with the steel dog bones and a circular one, I was impressed with the robustness and general value for money. Notably I had made a typo in my email for the tag details which Devin picked up straight away. Keep up the great work, pet.kiwi!

We went here as animates and petstocks supply of cat toys was miserable. At pet.kiwi we found alot of toys that we havent seen at other stores. The cats love the silvervine mice.

It's a great little shop for your pet care needs, while they don't have a massive range due to the smaller store size they tend to have a lot of quality items you don't see at some of the other bigger chains which can make a difference.  Staff are always friendly and helpful as well which is nice, the only downside is parking can be a challenge depending on how busy the area is, there's usually parking down a side street if not our front however.

I finally found the time to go to this pet store and I wasn’t disappointed! My dog was neutered and I found so many great enrichment toys here that I couldn’t find at the larger pet stores like animates and pet stock. I’m really impressed by the stock they have at this store! I will definitely continue to come back when I need some goodies for my dog!

Brilliant, only place I managed to find selling pet diapers. Using them for our elderly cat. Disclaimer: Have not visited actual shop, was shopping on-line.

I rang the pet shop and talked to Diane and asked about a dog harness she told me witch one then i rang back and got Diane again and went though it with diane on line before i new it i got the tracking details sent to me and recived it over night Excellent service thanks again Diane with  your help get me sorted with the right harness thanks Terry

Good pricing have just found staff to be rather off putting in terms of their lack of people or customer service skills. Every time I have come into the store I’ve made an effort to say a simple hello as even through they’re standing at the counter, they don’t seem to notice you unless you’re paying for your items. The young man at the counter is friendly - the rest of the staff will just look unhappy that you’re there. Often it is quite unkempt and various items on the floor around the desk, or papers on the desk so you may have to hold your items, or step over and through a plethora of items - so may be best to leave the dog in the car.
