PetStop is a local retailer with a great variety of animal related products. We trained our staff members in a professional way to help customers with questions. Animal health and welfare are of our top care lists, we are a new business trying really hard to get on the right track. :)

Bad service. Prices are high. Since website is always under construction, I called like 5 times in 3 different days throughout different times to find out if they have an item I'm looking for, nobody ever picks up the phone. When I showed up to the store, I asked about their phones, and it was working fine. So that meant they don't bother or too lazy to pick up the phone.

Don't ever come to this place, the owners of this
shop are RUDE and SWEAR at customers in Chinese, which I experienced today myself, when I didn't do anything. She told me to keep my fingers off the glass, so I did, and she turned around and said “神经病” - basically saying that I have mental problems. These people are SHAMELESS and don't deserve your money. If I was a foreigner, I wouldn't even have known that they were swearing at me. Do not ever come here.

Dog friendly place.  Purchased pig trotters and treated dogs while electric vehicle is charging up next door!
