This pet shop is absolutely amazing. I buy all my fish supplies from there and Brent is always informative and answers any questions I have. If anyone is a first time pet owner I highly recommend the PetStop in Onehunga

Not impressed at all. When I claimed for leash at this store it took very lond time and I was told they will get back to me which never happened. When I went back after a month nothing been sorted and they called me in next couple of days to let me know I will get a credit for my leash. All good no problem I was happy. I went back in a month when I needed big bag of dog biscuits and then no one know what is going on. They didn't have any documents I gave them, trying to tell me they sent me the money and had to call office, call another staff...took another day for them to sort things out so I went back the next day and they ask me for a bank statement for the leash. As I didn't buy is it became a big headache. This shop is very unprofessional and will not come back.
