If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Rachel and the team has been nothing short of amazing when my girl Millie broke her leg. They have been so helpful and caring in our situation and I feel at ease knowing they are there when we need them. We travel especially just so we can stay with them as I trust their care with my little girl! Feel very grateful to have found a vets that has a deep care for all animals! Thanks Rachel - you are the best!!
I love this vet. I tried a few others before finding this one and my dogs have been going here ever since. It does get super busy, sometimes we have to wait for our booked appointment but the staff keep us updated. The business of the clinic just shows how popular it is. Rachel remembers who we are and shows so much love for all the animals that come through. So happy I found these vets.
This is what looks like a smallish clinic from the outside, but in saying that inside has everything you could possibly want or need for your pets, from food and treats to toys and accessories. Located at 95 Coronation Road just past Mangere Bridge Village and the Primary School on the rise. It is a very popular place. I arrived around 7.30ish with my daughters cat and there was already a gentleman there with his dog. Within the 20minutes there was like 10 people and there pets wanting medical treatment. The staff were very business like in a relaxed sort of way even at that time of the morning. Prices are very very reasonable, but then again you wouldn't be there if cost really was an issue right? Share the love with your pets Peeps. Definite thumbs up for this Clinic As always take care and stay safe out there
Rude staff! I was told twice by two different staff members to wait outside and they will come and get me, they had me waiting for 90 minutes and my dog was sitting in the car in the bloody heat! and then the lady at the front desk told me we had no booking, that we missed our 1pm booking when I confirmed with the man over the phone a 2:35pm booking twice!. No sorry no nothing, she just said "well you missed your appointment" and that she will reschedule because "I missed the appointment". The staff there are so rude and have transferred my dog to our local vet, where they are happy to do their jobs!
At first you think you walking into an emergency department since the staff are running around doing all they can to accommodate to their clients and there are so MANY, yet they manage to do a great job and also very helpful when asking questions or having concerns. Also they have toys and accessories from wall to wall so the waiting room is never boring. Pricing is great too .
Super busy clinic. Hard working staff, coping exceptional well during these trying times. My only criticism, is the wait time on the phone. Happy to highly recommend. AAA+++
These guys must be amazing vet, but it seems like they need to handle the auto answering machine properly: it keeps saying "your call is in a queue" "your call is in the first position" "waiting time is approximately 7 mins" then no one picks up call after 30 mins. Since the call reaches, many people may misunderstand that someone may pick up a call even if it's outside the business hours. It may leads wasting customers time. Please set up your phone to say "please call in another time" while it's outside the business hours, or redirect to your emergency call number. hope someone at the vet sees this due to my one-star review and find it helpful
Great vets, they are super busy all the time but that's because they are good at what they do. Have utter confidence in them when I take our dog in for check ups or any treatment. Would highly recommended!
Have been wonderful to me and my furbabies. Had to let my beautiful cat go yesterday, and i was given as much time as i wanted to stay with her. Rachel was amazing she gave me huge hugs while I was breaking down and let me go without paying when she realised I wasn't coping and I came back today to pay. Thank you for the care you've given to my three fur babies. You guys rock.
Took such good care of my cat snow as he needed emergency surgery. Very grateful and appreciate all the team does for our furbabies.
