Do not recommend you are paying for the value of care as low service. Horrified by the surgery and cats smelling of saturated pee to be sitting on a newspaper when I left a training pad for them in the carrier. They looked beautiful going in and healthy, came out looking like scruffs! No call or message to notify of pick up. Took us 4 weeks to get these stray kittens looking domestic, to looking and smelling worse than what we got them! Horrible
Charity and the team are always helpful. I travel from miles away but worth it for care of my dog. Good value Good vibe Good service.
I must admit that I had slight reservation after reading through the reviews but no longer. Correspondence via online booking was prompt and on the day of appointment, things went all smoothly. The place was undoubtedly busy but staffs were courteous. Will recommend and head back for more treatment. Thank you!
The girls a animal lovers who have a welcoming manner and despite being super busy aren’t impolite. Would recommend to all animal lovers as it’s cheap than most vets. I took my feline to the Manukau after hours and the receptionist is super rude and unprofessional so when o went to this vet it was refreshing to see actual animal lovers helping animal caregivers.
Drove 40mins just to get there and they tell me oh sorry the surgeons not in today can you bring the cat back another day. Simple phone call would have been great and saved me 1hours driving. The place also looked run down and smelt very bad. Poor customer service.
WARNING: I don’t want to trash a business but this is for animal suffering. I went to take my friends cat to put her to sleep, as there was nothing that could be done for her. She was happy and trusting. The vet took over and I asked to be with her in her final moments to have comfort in a trusted human. The vet told me that I don’t wanna see this as she will struggle, pretty much fighting for her live. It has been a few years now and it still gets me and probably always will. I write this only now, as I found out this is not the standard practice at all!!!! Practice is to sedate the pet and then the lethal injection!! But it’s still “legal” to skip sedation to save money and time…. This should just not be happening anywhere in the Westen word. If you guys stop this practice I am happy to take the post down.
Appalling customer service and communication. Their vets are nice enough but the vet nurses are rude, condescending when answering questions. They regularly hang up the phone on people. They complain that they are a busy clinic but then a group of them sit out the back gossiping. Basically if you don't like your job, find a new one. This clinic may be cheaper but not enough to excuse the the total non existent manners and basic human decency. I've been a customer for over 5 years and its only in the last 8 to 10 months that this has become the norm.
Took my baby here to get micro chipped, was a first time visit so it was OK. Wait was a little annoying as the number before me was being called almost 30 minutes and no show. Other customers were complaining about it also as it states that you have 5 minutes to get to the room you have been assigned to go to on screen and once 5 minutes is up then you lose your spot. That was not the case that day ‍ was an OK experience
Such a pity to hear that maltese has been killed by vet. I would never take my loving pets to this veterinary. I hope they take full responsibility to the family and apologize sincerely to them.
