The shop is large and stocks a decent variety of food, toys etc  for both dogs and cats. I can't speak to other sections of the store. The staff are friendly and generally pretty good. I also take my dog to the groomers there and the gentleman usually takes fantastic care of my dog and knows his name and what we want even though we only go a few times a year (though we also take him for nail clipping too). When we most recently went in, it was someone else so they didn't know us that well but they were perfectly friendly and followed my requests as well.

The staff are all really lovely. They were particularly nice to my boxer who's recovering from surgery on our visit this morning.

Great range of per products. Can be expensive compared to online websites but you can see the models and get a feel how good they will be. Can also purchase animals from here

There was a detective dog just chilling in the store. It was incredible. He was cute.
Enough said.

A good store but sadly they are missing the old style staff members who actually cared and knew their store. The management need to recognize that the customer actually pays the wages and the bills.
