The quality of the toys and leads at animates is unrivalled. The duck is my dogs favourite and he destroys one a week so I’m always having to get a new one but the look on his face as he rips the stuffing is priceless. I don't usually have a good experience with the Animates stores in the past but my experience today changed my perspective. Chloe was very helpful & polite towards my partner & I. We didn't feel prejudged & didn't feel like someone was always watching our every moves. Very good product knowledge in helping us find the right muzzle size for our dogs. Thank you Chloe for making us feel comfortable during our shopping experience. Excellent customer service, need more staff like you. 24/10/2022
Lovely staff, very knowledgeable and love animals, always nice to the dogs that come in. Scale for weighing dog very useful. Grooming team do a great job and even our nervous dog is happy to get groomed there, they’re always so kind to her.
Always had a good experience at this branch. Staff always greet when entering the store and will often ask if i need any help. Staff have had Good product knowledge and very nice towards my dog when she comes in with me.
Prices arent always the best so I pick things up on special. The staff is fantastic though, extremely friendly and helpful

Very helpful and knowledgeable. I had brought a rescue cat and animates help me to choose the best food for her. Well stocked, variety and friendly service.
Dog groomer, Taylor, is a Star. She managed to cut the nails of my very fearful dog. Previously, the vet had to anetherise her for the procedure. I find the advice and customer at this store to be best. No pressure to buy.
