I buy my duck pallets from Pet Shop Boyz, Glen Eden. Located in Glen Mall the store is enchanting and practical. The staff are helpful and willing to step away from the counter to locate and explain products. I have called the for store in search of a black light (cat urine detector) and although they did not stock the item the staff member referred me to another outlet. Great customer service.

Ian and Sharon have looked after our pets for at least 15 years. We have cat, dog, and turtle. They are always cheerful and kind and have a great memory for your pets and what is best for them. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you...from all of us.

Such a personal intimate store experience i went to look for my mothers cat a play gym very helpful staff ..so many neat things for your house hold pets
