Leah and the manager working there have such a friendly vibe! Leah spent some time with us going thru kitten food and information. She also emailed us few days after to check up on how the kitten was doing. My favorite raw essentials shop.

Amazing service, was given a full consultation before we purchased any food to be sure we were getting the right stuff. Our Westie has had skin issues and is slowing improving on the raw food diet. Recieved follow up to see how he was doing not even the vet did that! and given other tips to help dry his feet after getting wet at the park or beach. Really impressed with the service.

I'm so happy I found Raw Essentials. My cat has gone from sick on biscuits to thriving on raw food. AMAZING customer service. I highly recommend this place!!

At times quite pricey. Also at times, its tricky to find a close by parking space.  Excellent range of meats for pets. Friendly staff, who offer excellent advice.  I still prefer the Archers Road, Wairau branch however.

Excellent raw food for our cat and dog good staff very helpful

Our cat was really unwell until we went to Raw Essentials. After following their recommendations and moving her to a raw feeding diet she's been higher in energy and hasn't had any further health issues - three years later.
