I just bought a pet heating bulb in that store. Just Using for a month and only 2-3 times each weekthat bulb cannot work. I just told the situation to the staff in that store they told me this cannot be changed which made me very angry that this store sold such bad quality bulb to customer and no after-sales service. I will not buy anything in this store and would not recommend others to buy anything in this store.

It's a small business, tries to stock as much as they can, little bit of everything. Such a FRIENDLY team who greats everyone every time, even interaction between themselves are lovely. Just lovely hard working people, everyone should strive to be like them, you just have to support good people !!!!! It helps they have good prices too.  Well done, keep going.

Visited this store recently as it is our local pet store and like to support local.  They have an awesome range.  We found what we were looking for and had much more choices than the larger bigger pet stores.

Been trying to find bigger size perches for my Avi one bird cage can't get at big stores but this one has online yay   purchased today hopefully get them  soon .from Taranaki New Plymouth

Amazing range of pet food and accessories, reasonably priced. Super helpful staff.
