I would not even rate this vet a 1 Star, but being this is the lowest score and I get to give a review... unprofessional,uncomfortable and uncompassionate!! Your vet should be shut down!!! Next time you hire a Receptionist do a back round check!!
We lost our beautiful torty girl of 16 years in December of last year. Sadly we had to take her elsewhere to be euthanised as it was Christmas and TACV was closed. Was so so touched however by the personal handwritten card was sent afterwards with their condolences. Little things mean so so much xx
Have used Carevets for 13 years with my dog and it never gets easier taking her there. great treatment even if she is nippy to the poor team
We have been taking our cat here for almost 8 years now and staff have always been caring and very thorough. She’s kept us on our toes with a few complicated health issues which the team have guided us through with great results.
Such a friendly vet clinic. Nothing was a bother and I have transferred care of my cat to CareVets Te Atatu.
The staff at care vets are amazing they work quicky and gently to minimize stress to your pets and genuinely care about the animals health and wellbeing
