We have been bringing our fur babies here for approx 8 years and they have always been very caring, informative and professional. They genuinely care about your pets and will discuss your options before hand so that you can budget for it and know what you are in for should your animal need a procedure. The aftercare followup service and the annual wellness reminders are extremely helpful. The nurses and veterinarians are friendly and knowledgeable and what's more our animals never feel traumatised from their vet visits. We never feel ripped off by this vet as our pets are our family members and you can not put a dollar value on their health and wellbeing.

Very friendly helpful team. Good variety of pet products. Quick and to the point vet care service offering options for the customer. Private parking straight outside front door so you can take your pet straight inside with no hassles

I had needed to travel a long way with my dog who had an injured foot i had rang and stressed I may be late given the traffic and the cyclone weather. The vet nurse had said it wouldn't be a problem and that there were plenty of appointments. My appointment seemed to be given away even though I had stressed the weather was bad and rang saying I was going to be late. I got there late to be told I couldn't be seen! Really disappointing service!

Worst clinic ever . All they do is take money out of you. The staff don't know what they are doing . Will never take my animals there again
