We are always impressed by the staff at this vet. With three cats one who gets in fights, we're in here quite a lot. They're often a little busy, but I have always been given the time to ask any questions no matter how silly. Every member of staff makes me and my pets feel comfortable and welcome.  I appreciate being able to book appointments online. While same day appointments are not usually available, we have never had to wait longer than a day or two. The staff has always let us know of other options such as after hours emergency vet clinics or other clinics that may have availability.

Top notch. We found a cat with a broken pelvis and they did not hesitate to take it into care. Contacted the owners through microchip and it was able to be saved as far as we know.

I recently had a very unwell cat, unfortunately she didn't make it , but i couldn't have asked for better care of my baby . The whole team contributed to Cleos care and were all so supportive and caring throughout the entire experience.  Highly recommend

The most empathetic and caring nurses in the country, all the staff at St Lukes Veterinary Centre make you feel so taken care of for you and your pet. They are solution focussed and go above and beyond, and I couldn't be more thankful for their approach to veterinary medicine

Great vet, easy to get an appointment and it doesnt cost an arm and a leg. Theyre really good with my cat who HATES going in the car and strangers. She seems to like the nurses and vets which is great. Recommend.

I have recently adopted an elderly cat and due to issues previously, she had not been to the vet for most of her life. Never having had an elderly cat before, I was pretty sure I was more anxious than she was. I was concerned about how she would react and the cost. Staff are super friendly and Peter was fantastic with her. She just seemed to accept her fate and let him handle her. It cost less than I thought would and the guidence on what I was doing with her diet and getting her used to her new home was brilliant. They assured me I was doing a good job as she seems fairly healthy and it will just take some time to get her coat back up to scratch. I recommend them highly. So friendly and quick to help. Thank you so mucj
