We had an emergency with our cat who suddenly stopped eating on our return from holidays. Contacted Steve and crew at HBVC for the first time. They have been super-helpful and friendly. Ensured our fur baby was looked after and accommodated extra appointments & worried owner calls/questions-highly recommended.

Perfunctory bordering on rude male vet. This sentence on their website is rather curious: "We pride ourselves on providing the best veterinary care and services for your pets." Really? I wouldn't if I was you. Maybe the vet was having a bad day. Maybe he doesn't like his job. Either way, take your unsatisfactory attitude somewhere else. I was looking for a new vet clinic for my cat but needless to say Herne Bay Vet Clinic won't be it. Two stars for the woman on reception - at least she was pleasant.

We just got a new cat and we took her to get a microchip and vaccine and our experience was so good, the reception lady was so nice, Vet very experienced and confident, it was efficiently run and we were really happy. Would highly recommend this vet clinic.

As always, without fail, Here Bay vets was 100%. Staff are friendly, efficient and good communicators. My cat has no current health issues but I know that should this occur I can be sure that his needs will be met. I'm a human nurse and have a basic understanding of animals too. I would reccomend Herne Bay Vets as a safe, professional, thorough and holistic practice.

Responsive, patient and sympathetic- to patients and their parents.

I love this Vet.  We see the vet Clementine and trust her completely.  Such a relief to find someone we can trust with our precious fur baby.  I would say if you are looking for the best care this is the place to go.

Very friendly service. Cecilia and Steve are fantastic. Highly recommended
