Really compassionate staff with amazing service. I called for my little rabbit who was unwell, they didn’t even hesitate telling me to bring him in the place I called prior weren’t interested to hear about it at all so this was a huge relief. We took him in, they were quick to check him and inform me what was going on. They gave us our options and a little time to think about what to do but we did have to act quick. We paid the money for him to stay in their care for the day but chances of survival weren’t great at that time. Well they kept me informed throughout the day and did a really really great job of caring for him. He’s back home now and on the mend, much better than he was this morning. They gave us thorough discharge instructions. Our bunny has been to a few different vets in his life but the care we received today was top notch, he will go there from now on if he needs too. A huge shout out to Tyler, Raylene and the discharge nurse Marion I think..? Sorry! you all are amazing. Still a long road of recovery and even if the outcome was the worst case I still would have left 5 stars due to the service we received today, you can see they really care. Thank you so much!
Thank you. You went beyond my expectations and so happy with the whole experience. You looked after my fur baby you called me twice during the surgery and than called me two days after to check up on her. The extra touches make you stand out way above the rest. So appreciate how professional and caring to my dog and to our family.
Unprofessional behaviour online, Deborah specifically, just because you are online does not mean you have an excuse to behave so inappropriately without being called out for it. I was in a state of extreme emotional upset someone was feeding my cat who can get dangerously sick - after having no issues for a year living here. Your passive aggressive remarks and condescending attitude shows you have ZERO empathy for anyone you should not be a vet. Would not recommend going here while this person is employed here.
Competent vets but never saw the same one twice...Covid challenges I guess so 4 Stars for their treatment. But for over 2 years there seemed to be a high turnover of receptionists who ranged from vg to awful. When I called one of them to say my dear old dog had passed away, there was no compassion, just a clinical conversation about updating their records. She had no clue who I was and asked for my name and my dog's name a couple of times and that was it . No kind words. Call terminated. I hope she's no longer working there.

Well set up clinic and very helpful and competent staff. Vet we had was thorough and patient.
Very caring and great interactions with customers and the fury/nit so fury ones you bring in.
Had to take my colleague's dog to the vet as he was isolating with Covid. Given the dog did not know me he did not respond to any of my commands and was a bit of a handful. The team however was very helpful and understanding and helped a lot distracting the dog.
Amazing service so far! Open and honest about things while not being pushy about treatments. My bengal is on the smaller side due to being so active and has "bengal nose" and they were very helpful in suggesting meal plans for him and suggested a natural approach to his nose care rather than medicating which is really appreciated. Plus when I needed to take him to the emergency vet they called the next working day to see how he was doing and if I needed to bring him in for a check up. As an anxious pet mum that simple act made me feel supported. Would 100% recommend. Only downside would be that the waiting room is quite small so if you have an anxious animal best not to go earlier than your appointment.
