Disappointed. Went in for a checkup for an old cat that lives in our neighbourhood and may have been dumped. wanted a general checkup as well as a specific issue with her drooling and sticking tongue out. Was not happy with the vet's communication skills and apathy. He did not seem to have any empathy with the cat at all and did not seem to follow any sort of process in his checkup. He made us feel like we were an inconvenience to him. He told me that some of the teeth didn't look great but did not recommend anything unless specifically asked. Told me to put her on dry food and give her a supplement pill, told me that the diet we were giving her of raw chicken was not good and that a dry food would be better. The nurse was lovely and obviously loved animals, so she was definitely the highlight of our trip. Went to another vet about a week later due to her suddenly developing abscesses on her gums from the tooth being so bad - dry food is completely wrong for the cat and supplements are the least of our worries.. would recommend going to St Luke's Vet instead, as the vets are much more caring and forthcoming with advice and information.

My cat was lost, some kind people handed him into this vet clinic. They were wonderful in contacting me right away, and looking after him whilst I rushed to get there. Thanks so much for caring about him and caring for him. Great service from the vet and vet nurse. Huge thanks to you, and also the kind family that found him and took him there.

Very unprofessional and unclear. Didn't say what the injections were he was about to give dog. Didn't discuss costs. Rude when questioned. Got second opinion and had dosed my dog incorrectly. Disgustingly dirty too.

Calling around local vets to try find my missing cat. The other vets in the area were very kind and took all my details and said they'd call me if anything came in. Wasn't the case here, was just a simple "no, we haven't had any cats in" and sounded like they didn't really give a damn. Not surprised to see other bad reviews when I look on here.

The team are truly amazing with my animals. I have been taking my pets here for more than 15 years and the service and compassion shown is fantastic. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who wants quality care for their pets.
