Every time I needed urgent help with my pets, CareVets were very accommodating and went out of their way to fit us in and assist. The team is friendly, respectful and efficient. Even though it is quite a drive from where I live, I won't take my pets to any other vets! Highly recommend!
The team at carevets are wonderful. In less than a week my cockatiel has had surgery and is on the mend. Incredible care and compassion. Will be back for sure!
I called with our rabbit's symptoms, they made time to see us earlier than the appointments allowed.. We had to euthanise Bunbun. I would like to highly recommend CareVets. They really do care, and were so amazing with us in such a sad situation. Thank you.

The team are amazing and all the vets are fantastic at their jobs, they truly care about the animals. The nurses are so understanding and great at their jobs too. Not expensive and have good prices. No matter if it's my cats or mice I know they will be looked after.
The service is below average. The receptionist is rude, and even if you received an SMS confirming your appointment, you must wait because it was not registered properly. You just ignore that, things happen. Even if you've been a customer for more than a year as we were, they don't remember or record and look at any single detail of your pet's history. I know, we are just another generic customer. But it’s not a bad idea for the vet to take a quick glance before you going through that door. Not to mention the lack of empathy or communication skills, you must wait for the receptionist to finish playing with another pet before she decides she wants to charge and invoice you. More patience, it’s not her fault either that neither the printer or the payment terminal had paper loaded. I've never felt so sad going to the vet. Not expensive, but without angel. This is a sad place.
Took my 10yr old Lab here for a check up on her back leg. Although she can still walk on it fine she can no longer go up stairs & has trouble sitting on that side of her leg which we can see its causing her a bit of distress. Without even assessing her leg first or the area causing her pain the veterinarian just LOOKED at her and said she needs a X-ray under GA and will need to consider a $5,000 surgery -how can you make this assumption without even touching her leg where the pain is a very lazy consultation and assessment on her behalf & not informative or helpful at all! We were then charged $100 for 7 pain relief tablets which we found out afterwards you can get the same tablets online at 100 tablets for $130. There is no care at all here in the service provided by the vet. Very lazy service which at the end of the day will leave you with a massive bill and your fur baby no better off than they were before. Do not recommend this place.
Most caring, understanding, helpful, team out west, they really help me through hard moments. Only wanted the best for my late cat Rattle's. I know they took great care of her. Thank you Carevets Glen eden
I have been attending carevets for a very long time , always very happy with their care and love they show for my animals .Amanda is always so nice and her dear little dog Piper greets you every time for a pat and a tickle haha
