If only I could give them a zero star. Horrible food. We ordered through drive-thru, 2 egg and bacon muffin meals, a sausage egg muffin meal, and 2 hash browns with 2 hot chocolates and 2 coffees.nThe 2 egg bacon muffins came without bacon, the egg sausage muffin had no egg in it, and the coffees and hot chocolates were only half full. They looked like half drunk, leftover coffees. The mocha had so much chocolate and was so sweet that it gave me a headache.nLiterally called them 16 times to get through to someone and talk to them about this. The first time they picked up, pretended to not hear me and disconnected the call. Second time I got through, asked me for a invoice that wasn't even sent to my email yet and while I asked the person to wait for me to find the order details, he put me on mute and hung up. After which it took me 10 times to get through and talk to someone. Such bad service, horrible and dry food, and they need to stop giving half empty coffees to customers. I'm paying $5 for a coffee and getting this!!! Ridiculous!! Now I will be given a free meal for this experience which is going to be the same standard, or worse. Who knows. Mcdonald's can surprise you in so many different ways. Last time I found a hair in their food and now this. Just incredible standards, Mcdonald's. I would like a refund! Such a waste of $45!!

I had been in customer service/hospitality for more than 2 decades as a Flight Attendant with a major airline.nnI must say that I met among the most impressive person that is in the service industry here, at Kings Meadows Maccas.nnThis young man by the name of Lachlan is genuinely a gem and he goes around communicating and interacting with customers.nnEven with a 10 seconds initial interaction with him when I collected my food, he was so sincerely polite. I was there for an hour and had observed the way he spoke to the customers in the restaurant.nnTruly impressive.nnIf you head down this way and see Lachlan, I think it's only fair to give him a shoutout.

So I went through Drive Thru yesterday afternoon with my two boys after basketball practice. Decided to pull in for a quick treat for the kiddos. Anyway, I ordered two vanilla cones and waited patiently by the pick up window. As I was waiting, I heard this loud, booming male voice, whom I could only assume was the manager, yelling at workers for unsolvable issues. Then, said manager hands me my ice creams. I say 'hands' but really, he basically threw the ice creams into my window, causing quite a coffufle. The name badge of this rude man said Ekansh. If you decide to go to this Mcdonalds, I recommend you keep an eye out for this rude, inconsiderate nonce. The workers were quite lovely, minus the manager.nMcdonalds please do better.n-PN

I have just experienced the worst customer service I have seen in years!nnI went into Kings Meadows McDonald’s a couple days ago around lunch time just to get a quarter pounder for my lunch break. I was getting served by a lovely lady when I heard a man yelling at his staff members over “inaccurate” times? He genuinely just seemed like a disrespectful person with his choice of words. After I got my food I was heading out to my car when I saw the same manager walking out just to have a cigarette in a grey four wheel drive. I believe his name tag read Ekansh?? Quite unprofessional. I understand McDonald’s is a popular fast food chain and a good first job for kids. Personally I would never want my children to work there if they got screamed at for simply tying their hardest. I would never put up with the amount of disrespect I heard him passing out. Action needs to be taken McDonald’s Kings Meadows this is simply not okay.

I went through drive through and waited a minute just to get my large frozen Coke. When I went to grab it the person serving me was a manager named ekansh and he didn’t even look at me or say hi he just shoved my coke at me and I almost dropped it because he let go early. I heard him yell at his employees while I was at the window and grabbing my drink that didn’t sound like discipline just him being mean. Everyone seemed to be doing a fine job and he seemed like a prick.
