The best steak you will ever eat. As an amateur worldwide steak-eater you can take my word for it that the New York strip here is the best you'll get anywhere. Wine list is brilliant. Any of the side dishes are worth a try. Ignore the prices on the menu - the quality is worth it. Always cooked exactly as you order it. Top 3 restaurants in Launceston.

Easily the best steaks I have ever had in my entire life. Crispy, juicy, perfectly done and just a joy to experience. Plus, they have a wonderful selection of Tasmanian Whisky and very knowledgable staff to guide you through those and the rest of the menu too. In the 4 days I was in Launceston, I dined here twice, it's just that nice.

I tried the eye fillet steak and it was absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly medium rare how I asked for it. It came with a sort of potato gratin which was also really good. Very impressed with this restaurant , and the service didn't disappoint either.
