The room was clean and fresh, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom however is dated and could do with a spruce up.nStaff were very friendly and helpful, from the reception desk to the gentleman washing the windows.nI would stay again for the convenience of the location.
For a solo traveller, room is huge, clean and neat. I love the king size bed and the dining table next to it. The view of the parking lot and houses with a stretch of the sky was beautiful. There's a kettle, tissue box, fridge, coffee and tea plus shower amenities provided.
Stayed here a number of times before & loved it. This time, asked for room 1 king bed. Got room with extra single bed, no couch, no Alexa, shower over bath. Asked for room to be serviced on next day didn’t happen. Left phone charger behind called & asked if they could look for it soon as I got home 1.5 hrs after leaving there & the next 2 days after that I also called..no return call… at all. Gave us a ticket to park for free, then added $16 dollars for parking on checkout. While this is a great central place to stay close to everything, not as good as it was.
You get what you pay for.nBathrooms have no exhaust fan and are very dated. Mouldy tiles. Orange stained shower curtain.nRoom service team very lovely and efficient.nHad own car for this trip and was blocked in by a very rude female member of staff.nPromptly advised reception that we were blocked in and unable to get out. Zero interest or concern.n15 minutes later the car was moved. No apology or acknowledgement.nWould not recommend and will not stay again.
Rooms are average size and neat tidy, the beds are huge! No room for a couch, but we just love the location and unique bar with great menu.nThe staff were very accommodating.nSuggestions for nw places to checkout with the kids@!
