I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be more impressed. The staff were absolutely fabulous — warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They truly made the experience feel welcoming and effortless from start to finish.nThe rooms were beautifully presented, spotless, and very comfortable. It’s clear that great attention is given to detail, creating a relaxing and enjoyable environment.nThe restaurant was another highlight — fantastic food, excellent service, and a great atmosphere. It made dining in an easy and enjoyable choice.nHaving convenient parking available was a big plus, and the laundry facilities were extremely useful, especially for a longer stay.nOverall, a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning!
Excellent location, so easy to walk anywhere.nAfternoon check in staff were fantastic, welcoming and informative.nRestaurant has zero atmosphere, the tables are so close and was so full of braying groups clinking cutlery in the evening that we had bar snacks instead.nWe requested extra pillows and a blanket and these were brought up immediately.
Stayed one night they allowed us to check in an hr early service was great, elevator was quick, room was well equipped. Buffet breakfast catered for everyone's needs very good. Only issue I had was there was only 2 pillows on the bed 4 pillows is generally needed on a bed, but other than that very happy
Mini bar was empty, I had to ask for complimentary sleepers, no valet we brought all our bags up, car barking is outside.nWill have our meal at the restaurant down stairs tonight, will let you know what, that’s like.nFood at dinner was excellent, specially the steak
Outstanding stay in a fantastic location. The hotel delivers consistently high standards, and the staff are exceptional — professional, warm, and genuinely attentive. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, truly elevating the entire experience.nnThe only area for improvement is the online booking and invoicing process, which could be smoother, both ends required follow up phone calls. That said, the personal service and genuine hospitality more than make up for it.
