Highly dissatisfied with the service, i visited south Launceston at 10:45pm with two online orders that totaled up to the price of $87.65 in which I waited 15 minutes for my food to get home and find out I had 20 nuggets, a chicken Big Mac, fries missing, there was also meant to be 6 sauces in which I only recieved 5 and each sauce has a dollop the size of a fingertip and wasn’t even enough for one nugget, I called up only to be told they couldn’t find my order numbers, be told I’m lying and that they haven’t had any orders in the last 2 hours, and then told they can’t replace any of my missing items because there is no proof of purchase to then be hung up on. As well as all that the manager was very disrespectful and was not helpful at all.
I had an incredibly positive experience at McDonald's, south Launceston thanks in large part to the exceptional manager on duty 2:59 am 4 july . It was clear from observing them that they possess outstanding leadership skills. The way he managed the team was seamless, ensuring everything ran smoothly even during busy periods.nWhat truly stood out was their professionalism and politeness. They spoke to every customer and team member with genuine respect, always maintaining a calm and courteous demeanor. This created a really pleasant atmosphere for everyone. It's refreshing to see a manager who not only leads effectively but also treats everyone with such high regard. Their dedication to respecting everyone around them is truly commendable and makes a significant difference in the overall customer and employee experience.nThank you
Long drive thru queue, food is normally cold and unpleasant. Generally rude customer service. I guess it’s what you expect from a multinational focused on profits, not people.
Manger was to scared to top up drink because he would get in trouble he lied about being able to firstly and when did a so called quarter pounds become a cheese burger
McDonald's South Launceston is a convenient fast food option on the midland highway and around Launceston. The food is good with usually fast service for dine in or drive through, Staff are friendly. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, with plenty of seating. It has separate space for party with kids playing area. Overall, it's a great experience.
