Other than a little slow, the service was pretty good. Dining room was quite tidy too

Always enjoy the food here, but 1 thing that I just cannot get over is how FILTHY this place is. Toilets are disgusting. The floors are always covered with used napkins, chips etc.nnThis has been recently refurbished and it already looks as though the inside has aged 10 years.nnWhy can't staff do a sweep of the place when they notice food on the floor and dirty napkins is this management's fault or just pure laziness???nnI recommend using the drive through.

THE dirtiest restaurant I've ever been in. Time 19:21 on 25/11/25. NOT the staffs fault!! I blame the ownership and management for running skeleton staff. Much like Woolworths the philosophy has devolved over the years. Emptying bins and sweeping  just isn't a priority anymore. Profit margin and shareholder value is everything and the customer sits last!

Great for a late night feed. Only few places that was opened after hours.   Must say the burgers are better at hungry jacks!.   Tried the Big jack for the first time & l'm loving it.

I had a very disappointing experience at Hungry Jack's. The staff were extremely rude and disrespectful. My order was ready, but they stood there with an attitude, completely ignoring me as if I wasn't even there — behaving in a racist and unprofessional way. I had to wait unnecessarily, and by the time they finally handed over my food, it had already started to get cold. On top of that, my order was incomplete and I didn't receive everything I had ordered. Their behavior was unacceptable, and I do not recommend this location at all. And I already faced it before.
