Young femail staff have no patience with older customers.nnHard to find prices on the internet.nnBreakfast menu will not considered autside their time frame, their loss.nnI prefer the breakfast menu over their burgers every time, and it's less less expensive, almost $20 for a burger ?nNo thanks.nnToo far to walk for disabled people, hard seats, not desgined for relaxed meals, and there's a reason for that to keep the turn over up.nI didn't spend any money, it's not designed for older customers that don't understand the technology to order.nnMaybe I'm better still cutting my own lunch, although the breakfast toasted sandwich and pancakes look good.nnI would be happy with a kids meal as the larger meals are too much for my old body.nnWheel chair accessible? You must be joking ?nnTry to open the door in a disabled chair.
Great for a late night feed. Only few places that was opened after hours. Must say the burgers are better at hungry jacks!. Tried the Big jack for the first time & l'm loving it.
Couldn't order thru machine and didn't find out until gave up and ordered at counter reason was because shakes not avail, nor chai latte. Signs on the machines would have been helpful and less frustrating. Premises was also a mess, rubbish on floors, dirty tables and bins overflowing. Worst I have ever seen it! Need to pick up there act for me to return!
I don't often get takeaway too much but we enjoy and appreciate hungry Jack's Launceston. A great menu, some good deals on the app. Very friendly staff, pretty good and prompt service. It can be busy sometimes but everyone does a pretty great job at looking after the customers and the really good food
