At Pizza Capers we believe there are 3 ingredients to a truly delicious gourmet pizza; love, years of experience, and the use of the finest, freshest ingredients available. We use market-fresh vegetables, and our meat is grass-raised in the lushest of Australian fields. We literally source millions of dollars per annum of lamb, beef, salmon and cheese from Tasmania to use in all of our kitchens nation-wide. WE REALLY DO LOVE TASSIE!
